I offer individual therapy for adults who are navigating relationship challenges, burnout, and self-worth. My work is especially well-suited for people who are overwhelmed with work stress or high pressure careers. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, explore what’s been holding you back, and begin making meaningful change. Individual therapy involves 55 minute sessions via telehealth at your convenience.

I offer clinical supervision for LPC candidates in Pennsylvania. We meet regularly via zoom, offering you a convenient way to grow towards independent licensure. My approach is theory-informed, reflective, and rooted in curiosity, supporting you as you grow your clinical skills and professional identity. FAQ
What can I expect in the first few sessions?
We’ll start by talking through what’s bringing you here. This may be a recent turning point or something you’ve been carrying for years. Together, we’ll start mapping the patterns behind your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is for you to feel understood and to leave with a sense that there’s a direction forward, even if you don’t have it all figured out yet.
What if I have trouble connecting with therapists?
That’s more common than you think. As a therapist who focuses on attachment, I pay close attention to how trust and connection are built in the therapy room. I’ll be upfront about how I work—warm, curious, and direct—and I’ll check in often to make sure it feels useful. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll name it and work through it together.
Do I need a diagnosis to be in therapy?
Not necessarily. If you’re using insurance, I’m required to provide a diagnosis for billing purposes. But for private pay clients, therapy doesn’t have to fit neatly into a diagnostic box. Our work can be an open, supportive space to sort through what’s happening in your life. No labeling required.
What if I need something other than therapy?
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, are at immediate risk of harming yourself, or need more intensive care than weekly psychotherapy, I am not the right provider for you. In those situations, please call 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.), reach out to your local crisis center, or go to your nearest emergency department. You deserve safety and support right away.
